Privacy Policy and Guidelines

Your privacy is importance to us. The information you

give will not be sold, traded or shared with anyone.

Availability is on a first come, first served basis. You will receive confirmation by email or phone once your request has been received and reviewed. If available, you will then be instructed to submit your credit card information. **EXTRAS**

The Friday Harbor Jolly Trolley offers EXTRAS to make your

special event even more memorable.

If you're having a Wedding we offer the Trolleys to be decorated in full Wedding style for an extra $100 per Trolley. Ask for details.

If you're getting the banquet permit to allow alcohol on the Trolley please add an additional $250 fee to your total. Please note: YOU are responsible for obtaining the permit. We will send you the information, if you're interested. You will need to send us a copy of this and present the original to the driver the day of your event. If you fail to bring your permit the day of your event, you forfeit the right to have alcohol on the Trolley for your event.

In the event that you or your guests bring any kind of alcohol on the Trolley and have not obtained a permit or paid the $250 alcohol fee,

we will charge you DOUBLE the original fee.

~Terms of Use~

By making a reservation with Friday Harbor Jolly Trolley Inc., you acknowledge that you have read,

understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use.

Reservations

Reservations will not be made without a credit card (Visa, MasterCard) on file for damages and overtime fees.
Contracts will be held and paid for by cash or check only.
The Trolley will not be "reserved" until your credit card information has been received and acknowledged by a representative.
Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you showing your itinerary and amount due.

Payments

To hold a reservation 100% is due upfront, upon booking.
The customer gives permission for the credit card to be charged if there are damages or overtime fees with the initial credit card we have on file when the initial reservation was made. Please note: If your overtime goes after your contracted time, every hour past your end time will be billed out as time and a half. Anytime overtime after 11pm the hourly fee rises to double the hourly rate. So when booking, please be mindful that more time booked, will be better for you in the end.
Bookings cannot be canceled 14 days prior to the date of service without forfeiting your entire payment. Please understand we live on an Island & last minute bookings are not common to obtain another reservation for your date.
Driver gratuities are not included in the rental rate. Gratuities are a standard 20% fee of your booking total.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received by email or phone no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled event or customer will be billed the full contract amount.
Cancellations made 15 or more days before the reserved date is refundable for only 50% of the deposit.

Refund Policy

Once a reservation is confirmed, Friday Harbor Jolly Trolley Inc. will not cancel the reservation except for weather conditions such as snowstorms and major mechanical issues or accidents.
In the case of a breakdown or accident, the customer agrees that a replacement vehicle may be substituted if available. We will do our best to provide transportation from another company.
If Friday Harbor Jolly Trolley Inc. must cancel and can't find another company to replace the Trolley, the customer will receive a 100% refund of any money paid.

Hours of Use and Overtime

Time starts when the trolley arrives at the first pickup location and ends at the last drop-off.
There is no guarantee that overtime hours will be available. If allowed and your overtime goes after your contracted time, every hour past your end time will be billed out as time and a half. Anytime overtime after 11pm, the hourly fee rises to double the hourly rate. So when booking, please be mindful that the more time that is booked, will be better for you in the end.
The customer agrees it will be paid prior or after the time of service, in cash, if this service is needed.

Damage and Cleaning Fees

Customer assumes full financial liability for any damage to the Trolley or its contents caused by their party during their use and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
Any necessary, excessive cleaning, repair, or replacement of items will be charged at the actual cost, and a minimum $400 fee will be charged for any bodily fluids cleanup.

Alcohol and Drug Policy

Alcohol may be consumed on the Trolley by adults aged 21 years old and above with the purchase of a banquet permit, plus an extra $250 fee added on to your total booking cost. In the event that you bring any kind of alcohol on the Trolley & we are not aware of it & you have not obtained a permit or paid the $250 alcohol fee, we will charge you DOUBLE the original fee.
Please note: this action puts us at risk & will NOT be acceptable.
No smoking, vaping, and illegal possession or use of any kind of drug will not be permitted on the Trolley.

Behavior

Behavior that our conductor determines to be illegal, unsafe, dangerous, and/or irresponsible will result in immediate termination of the contract with no refund!
At the sole discretion of the conductor, unruly persons can and will be expelled from the Trolley at any time at their own expense.

Media, Ferry and Parking Fees

Entertainment media can be provided by the customer, but the conductor reserves the right to control content and volume.
Parking fees and ferry fees are not included in the rental rate and will be paid by the customer, if they apply.

Liability

Friday Harbor Jolly Trolley Inc. is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.
Friday Harbor Jolly Trolley Inc. shall not be held responsible for delays/service interruptions, damages, or any consequential loss incurred as a result of (but not limited to) acts of God, strikes, riots, law authorities, public enemies, inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, accidents, breakdowns, ferry delays or any other condition beyond our control.
Customer agrees that use of the trolley is on his/her and their parties own risk. Friday Harbor Jolly Trolley Inc. will not be held liable for any injuries that may occur due to someone else's bad judgment or carelessness while the Trolley is in motion or at a standstill.
